Teleperformance in Australia operates out of a 2,300 square meter state-of-the-art facility in the suburb of Burwood, just 15 kilometers east of the city of Melbourne, Victoria.

The site officially launched in March, 2016 and is currently home to more than 300 employees who provide technical support for a major multinational technology company with customers across the Asia Pacific region. 

The expansion into the ANZ market helps meet the demand of many major multinational companies with business interests in the region who require contact center expertise in Australia. The Burwood site has double its employee base in 2017 by providing support for both local and global companies.
